By accessing or using the DeepThinking AI platform (the "Service") operated by DeepThinking LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
DeepThinking AI provides a unified API gateway that enables access to multiple AI model providers (including Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google) through a single interface, with features including usage controls, audit logging, and compliance tools.
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We offer monthly subscription plans and one-time token pack purchases. Current pricing is listed on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Token usage beyond your plan's included allocation is billed at the per-token rates displayed on our pricing page. All payments are processed by Stripe and are non-refundable except as required by law.
If your usage exceeds your plan limits, you may be charged overage fees at the published per-token rates, or your access may be restricted based on the spending limits you configure in your dashboard.
You retain all rights to the inputs you submit through our API and the outputs generated in response. We do not claim ownership of your content.
The Service, including its design, features, and documentation, is owned by DeepThinking LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, brand, or proprietary technology.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that API requests and responses are logged as part of our audit trail feature, as described in the Privacy Policy.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. Enterprise customers with SLA agreements are governed by the terms of their specific agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepThinking LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DeepThinking LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your dashboard or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, with notice when practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Our Service routes requests to third-party AI model providers. Your use of these models is also subject to the respective providers' terms of service and acceptable use policies. We are not responsible for the outputs generated by third-party models.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
